Elena has over 25 years of experience as a technologist 💡, and over 15 years of teaching experience in the specialty “confectioner”.

Elena creates her own online educational lessons and courses 📀, but also conducts live masterclasses for pastry chefs. She has already managed to create more than 20 author's courses on various topics 🎞️, in which more than 2000 people have been trained 🧑🏼‍🤝‍🧑🏻.

The dessert recipes developed by Elena 🍰 have been introduced and are popular in cafes, pastry shops, private confectioners 🧁 in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, as well as in Europe and America 🌎.
