Method
- Melt some butter, powdered sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Cut the apples in halves, remove the core, then make some cut on the apples for them to bake easily.
- Put the apple halves over the puff pastry; using a knife cut the pastry around to form an apple with leaves.
- Brush with melted butter mixture and bake at 392F (200С) for about 15 minutes until the pastry and the apples are baked.
