- Combine the wheat flour, almond flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whip together the butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla sugar, and stir.
- Mash three bananas with a fork, and add to the egg-butter mixture.
- Add the dry ingredients, and stir.
- Add the nuts, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the dough into a baking dish, and add the bananas, half cut.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes at 338-356F.
The temperature is very important! Don't overbake the banana bread!
