Method

Cooking instructions

  1. Combine the wheat flour, almond flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whip together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla sugar, and stir.
  4. Mash three bananas with a fork, and add to the egg-butter mixture.
  5. Add the dry ingredients, and stir.
  6. Add the nuts, and mix until smooth.
  7. Pour the dough into a baking dish, and add the bananas, half cut.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 338-356F.

The temperature is very important! Don't overbake the banana bread!
