- Whip the eggs with sugar; add chocolate and mayonnaise.
- Add the flour and baking powder, and mix.
- Stir in the raisins.
- Bake at 356F (180C) for 15-20 minutes.
- Whip all the components with a mixer until homogeneous.
- Pipe the cream over the muffin.
For decor, use berries and sage (or something else to your liking).
