Method
- Puree the berries, and rub through a sieve.
- Whip cold cream to soft peaks.
- Gently combine the whipped cream, condensed milk and berry puree.
- Pour the mass into a container, and freeze.
Feel free to experiment with flavors: add chocolate, caramel, different toppings or fruits.
