- Mix the flour with baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Boil the water and mix it with oil. Add to the dry ingredients, and knead the dough. Don't knead for too long, otherwise the cookies will be tight!
- Roll out the dough into a layer 5mm thick.
- Grease with whipped yolk and cream (optional).
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cut into squares.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 356F (180C) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
