- Whip the cream cheese, powdered sugar and blue matcha until uniform. Pour in the cream and whip until medium peaks. The cream is done.
- Pour 1-2 tsp of the cream on the bottom of your serving cups.
- Dip 4 savoiardi biscuits into water for 1-2 seconds. Divide each biscuit in half. Put 4 halves into each cup.
- Repeat the steps with the cream and savoiardi.
- Decorate the dessert to your taste.
