Cheese crackers

This cracker is 100% addictive, so the recipe for a small portion) The crackers have a super nice color because of the orange cheddar, but in general any hard cheese can be used. The texture is crispy, be sure to make it thin. And the rich taste of cheese!

Ingredients

Cheese crackers
flour
45g

3tbsp
salt
pinch
butter
30g
1.05oz
2tbsp
cheddar
55g
1.93oz
3.69tbsp
cold water
1tsp

Method

  1. Combine the flour, salt and cold butter. Grind into crumbs.
  2. Finely grate the cheddar, and add it to the crumbs.
  3. Finally, add the cold water, and knead the dough. Knead until the dough grabs into one single lump.
  4. Put the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Roll it out thinly, and cut out the crackers of the desired shape.
  6. Bake the crackers in the oven preheated to 356F (180C) for 8-10 minutes.
