- Combine the flour, salt and cold butter. Grind into crumbs.
- Finely grate the cheddar, and add it to the crumbs.
- Finally, add the cold water, and knead the dough. Knead until the dough grabs into one single lump.
- Put the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Roll it out thinly, and cut out the crackers of the desired shape.
- Bake the crackers in the oven preheated to 356F (180C) for 8-10 minutes.
