Chocolate berry pie with cream cheese

Very chocolatey and berry! This pastry can replace a cake. If served with a scoop of ice cream, t will turn out even more festive, tastier and more elegant.

Method

  1. Melt the butter, cool it.
  2. Whip the eggs with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, add butter, and whip.
  3. Mix cocoa, flour and salt with a whisk (be sure to sift through a fine sieve).
  4. Pour these dry ingredients into the liquid mixture in 2-3 passes, and knead the dough.
  5. Grease a square baking tin with butter and tighten the bottom with foil. Lay out 2/3 of the dough, level it.
  6. Pour the cheese mass on top (just mix the cheese, vanilla sugar and an egg with a whisk).
  7. Spread the berries, and pour the remaining dough randomly on top.
  8. Bake in the oven preheated to 356F (180C) for 20-30 minutes.
  9. take the pie out of the oven, cool it. Pass along the inside of the tin with a knife, and take out the pie. Cut and serve.
