- Mix all the products.
- Spread the mass in silicone molds.
- Insert the sticks.
- Bake the cheesecakes in the oven for 1.5 hours at 212-230F (100-110C) in a water bath (put another baking sheet with water on the bottom of the oven).
- When the cheesecakes have set, and moves away from the mold, cool it.
- After that, put it in the freezer until completely frozen.
- Drizzle with chocolate (or dip the pops into it), and let the chocolate harden.
