Method

Cooking instructions

  1. Whip the egg with powdered sugar and sugar until fluffy light state.
  2. Add chopped hazelnuts.
  3. Add butter at room temperature, stir.
  4. Then add sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder, mix well.
  5. Remove the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Form 40-45 g balls from the dough, flatten on top and insert a whole nut.
  7. Bake in the oven preheated to 356F for 10-15 minutes.
