- Whip the egg with powdered sugar and sugar until fluffy light state.
- Add chopped hazelnuts.
- Add butter at room temperature, stir.
- Then add sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder, mix well.
- Remove the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Form 40-45 g balls from the dough, flatten on top and insert a whole nut.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 356F for 10-15 minutes.
