  1. Heat the chocolate with cream in the microwave, with short impulses.
  2. Add the coconut paste and coconut flakes to the warm mass, and knead the ganache well with a spatula.
  3. You better put it in a bag, and send it to stabilize in the rfridge for 2 hours.

The taste is simply amazing!
