Cottage cheese casserole with raisins

Not a cheesecake, but something with a different texture. Still delicate and super delicious, but less smooth.

Method

  1. If the cottage cheese is over moist, then get rid of excess liquid for 8-12 hours.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add starch, zest and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the cottage cheese with butter (at room temperature); add sugar-egg mixture and raisins.
  4. Line a springform pan with parchment paper, and pour the batter into it.
  5. Bake the casserole in the oven preheated to 356F (180C) for 50-55 minutes.
  6. Decorate as desired.
