- If the cottage cheese is over moist, then get rid of excess liquid for 8-12 hours.
- Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add starch, zest and vanilla extract.
- Combine the cottage cheese with butter (at room temperature); add sugar-egg mixture and raisins.
- Line a springform pan with parchment paper, and pour the batter into it.
- Bake the casserole in the oven preheated to 356F (180C) for 50-55 minutes.
- Decorate as desired.
