vanilla
coconut flour

Method

  1. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  2. Beat the eggs, semolina, cottage cheese, cream and coconut flour, and leave the mass to swell for 30 minutes.
  3. Beat the egg whites with salt and sugar until peaks.
  4. Combine both masses with a spatula.
  5. Pour the mass in a 22cm (8.66 inch) mold, and bake the casserole for 50-60 minutes at 320F (160C).
  6. Decorate the finished dessert with sour cream / whipped cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Add some of your favorite berries on top.
