Method
- Separate the yolks from the whites.
- Beat the eggs, semolina, cottage cheese, cream and coconut flour, and leave the mass to swell for 30 minutes.
- Beat the egg whites with salt and sugar until peaks.
- Combine both masses with a spatula.
- Pour the mass in a 22cm (8.66 inch) mold, and bake the casserole for 50-60 minutes at 320F (160C).
- Decorate the finished dessert with sour cream / whipped cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Add some of your favorite berries on top.
