Crepes with cherry sauce

These crepes are a real delight! Surprise your loved ones with such a breakfast! By the way, the cherry sauce can also be used as a filling for a cake.

Crepes with cherry sauce

Ingredients

Crepes
eggs
2pc
salt
pinch
sugar
1Tbs
buttermilk
1cup
flour
1cup
boiling water
1cup
baking soda
0.25tsp
lemon acid
on a tip of a knife
Cherry sauce
cherries
150g
5.25oz
0.60cup
10tbsp
vanilla sugar
1Tbs
starch
3g
0.11oz
0.20tbsp

Method

Crepes

  • Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt.
  • Add the buttermilk, and mix.
  • Add the flour, and mix thoroughly.
  • Put the baking soda and lamon acid in a glass. Pour the boiling water, mix, and immediately pour this liquid into the dough.
  • Stir, and fry the pancakes as usual.

Cherry sauce

  • Warm the cherries until the juice appears.
  • Add the sugar, and heat until the sugar dissolves.
  • Pour the cherry juice into a glass, add the corn starch, and mix until smooth.
  • Pour it back into the cherries in a thin stream. Boil for 1 minute, stirring.
  • Cool the sauce a bit, and serve.
