Method
- Whisk the eggs with sugar, and add the softened butter.
- Sift the flour. Add the baking soda and cocoa. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, and knead the dough with your hands.
- Put it in the freezer for 1 hour.
- As soon as the dough hardens, put it in a meat grinder, and form the nests.
- Put the nests on parchment paper, and bakein the oven preheated to 356F (180C) for 15 minutes.
- Decorate with chocolate eggs or glazed nuts.
