- Mix all dry ingredients. Make a well in the mixture, and pour in the oil and vinegar. Pour boiling water (coffee) over everything, and mix thoroughly. Do not knead for a long time so that the dough does not become tight.
- Pour the dough into a mold (baking pan) and bake for 30-35 minutes at 356F (180C). Focus on your oven.
- Remove the finished cake from the oven and let it cool completely in the mold.
- The cake will be moist inside and very chocolatey. Be sure to drizzle it with chocolate before serving.
