Method
- Soak the nuts overnight, and rinse well in the morning. Soak the dates for 20 minutes, rinse, remove the seeds.
- In a blender, grind all ingredients except chocolate until sticky.
- Shape into cookies and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate using a water bath, dip the cooled cookies in the chocolate and leave in the fridge for a few minutes until the frosting is set.
Done! Sprinkle the cookies with coconut flour or powdered sugar, and enjoy!
