Ingredients

Method

  1. Sift the wheat flour, rice flour and cornstarch into a bowl. Add the sugar and salt, and mix.
  2. Add the egg and milk there, and beat with a mixer until smooth. Then, pour in the vegetable oil, and beat again until smooth. The dough should come out without lumps. Pour it into a pastry bag.
  3. Heat the pan without greasing it with anything. Fry the crepes it in a DRY frying pan. Arbitrarily squeeze the dough out of the bag, making any pattern to your liking.
  4. Fry each crepe on one side, and roll it into a tube right in the pan.
