Method
- Melt the butter and cool it to room temperature.
- Separate the yolks from the whites.
- In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with sugar until white. Gradually add lemon zest and juice, melted butter, and flour with baking powder.
- Separately, beat the whites with a pinch of salt into a strong foam. Carefully, in several steps, mix it into the dough.
- Grease a cake tin with butter, sprinkle lightly with flour and lay out the dough.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 338-356F (170-180C) for 30-40 minutes.
- Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
