Once again, beat everything until fluffy.
🍋 Dip the cookies in syrup and place them in an even layer in a large mold;
Spread half of the cream evenly on top;
Place a layer of soaked cookies again, and then spread another layer of cream.
🍋 Leave the dessert in the fridge for a few hours;
Sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
