Mango and yogurt chia pudding

Great option for breakfast/dessert/snack. Chia seeds are a cool superfood that makes delicious and healthy desserts. You can fill them with any liquid, but I like the combination with coconut milk the most. In addition, this option is suitable for vegans.

Method

  1. Combine chia seeds, coconut milk and syrup; mix. * It is important to take coconut milk, and not a coconut-containing plant-based drink.
  2. Let it sit for a couple of hours or overnight.
  3. Add syrup / honey to mango puree, if not sweet enough.
  4. Put the ingredients in jars in layers. The order is not important.
  5. You should get 2 layers of pudding and puree and one layer of yogurt.

This amount is enough for 2 jars of 200 ml.
