Method
- Combine chia seeds, coconut milk and syrup; mix. * It is important to take coconut milk, and not a coconut-containing plant-based drink.
- Let it sit for a couple of hours or overnight.
- Add syrup / honey to mango puree, if not sweet enough.
- Put the ingredients in jars in layers. The order is not important.
- You should get 2 layers of pudding and puree and one layer of yogurt.
This amount is enough for 2 jars of 200 ml.
