Method

Cooking method

  1. Whip the butter at room temperature with sugar and an egg.
  2. Sift the dry ingredients, add vanillin or vanilla sugar / extract.
  3. Wrap the dough with cling film, and flatten it into a "bun".
  4. Put it in the fridge to cool.
  5. Roll out the dough 5mm (0.20 inch) thick on a floured surface, and cut out the cookies with a cookie cutter.
  6. Bake the cookies at 356F for 10-12 minutes.
