- For the filling, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with sugar and starch.
- For the dough, melt the butter and cool; mix with sugar, vanilla extract, egg and sour cream. Sift the flour, baking soda and salt into the dough, mix until smooth.
- Fill each mold with 1 tbsp of dough, 1 tbsp of cheese filling (a ball) and a few berries. Spread another ½ tsp of dough on top. Sprinkle with a few berries and almond flakes.
- Bake in the oven, preheated to 356F (180C) for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked.
- Cool before serving.
