- Whip the cottage cheese, cream, vanilla and powdered sugar. Add gelatin.
- Pour the mass in a mold, and place it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- Next, remove the seeds from fresh cherries. Spread the cherries on top of the cottage cheese layer, and pour fruit gelatin over it (I have strawberry powder, the proportions depend on the manufacturer).
- Place the mold back in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- Decorate with cherries.
