Method

Cooking instructions

  1. Soak the agar with water; put it on the stove, and bring it to boil.
  2. Boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix the passion fruit pulp, water and Jerusalem artichoke syrup.
  4. Add the passion fruit to the agar, and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour into the molds, and put it into the fridge to harden.

If you use strawberries, then don't forget to mash it with a hand blender until puree, and do all the same steps as with the passion fruit gummy candies.
