Peach cottage cheese buns

This recipe is a real transformer! Replace peaches with apples / pears / nectarines / apricots / berries, and get the same cool taste, but more variety.

Peach cottage cheese buns

Ingredients

Peach buns
cottage cheese 5%
200g
7oz
0.80cup
13.40tbsp
egg
1pc
semolina
60g
2.10oz
4tbsp
baking powder
1tsp
sugar
2Tbs
peach
2pc
honey
to taste

Method

  1. Mix the cottage cheese with an egg until combined. Add semolina, baking powder and sugar. Mix, and leave for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Divide the mass into 3 parts, and roll the balls.
  3. Cover the baking tin with parchment. Place the cheese balls on it, and shape the buns with some recess in the middle.
  4. Cut the peaches in half. Remove the seeds. Cut the peach halves into slices, and put in the middle of the buns.
  5. Bake the cottage cheese buns at 356F (180C) for 20-25 minutes until slightly browned.
  6. Pour with honey before serving.
