Method

Step 1.

Roll out the dough.

Step 2.

Cut the pears into thin slices, and place them on the dough.

Step 3.

Spread the gorgonzola pieces and chopped walnuts over the pears. Sprinkle the pie with a thin stream of honey and some rosemary.

Step 4.

Bake the pie until golden brown at 180C (356F).
