Cooking

  1. Whip all the ingredients at a high mixer speed for 3 minutes.
  2. The cream and the cheese must be COLD.
  3. For the frosting edges not to be sharp, keep the finished mass a bit at room temperature, and squeeze the pastry bag well with your hands.
