Method
The calculation in the recipe is for 12 donuts.
Cooking
- Whip the egg with sugar.
- Add cthe powdered sugar and the melted butter
- Pour in the milk, and start gradually adding the flour mixed with some baking powder.
- Knead the dough until you get a dense but stringy consistency.
- Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
- Roll out the dough until you get a thin layer, and then cut it into circles.
- Bake the donuts at 200C (392F) for about 15-20 minutes.
