Pistachio donuts

If you don’t have pistachio butter at home, you can always replace it with some other ingredients such as chocolate etc.

Pistachio donuts

Ingredients

Donuts
milk
6Tbs
flour
2.5cup
egg
1pc
baking powder
1Tbs
butter
1Tbs
powdered sugar
7.5Tbs
pistachio butter
3Tbs
vanilla sugar
1 sachet

Method

The calculation in the recipe is for 12 donuts.

Cooking

  1. Whip the egg with sugar.
  2. Add cthe powdered sugar and the melted butter
  3. Pour in the milk, and start gradually adding the flour mixed with some baking powder.
  4. Knead the dough until you get a dense but stringy consistency.
  5. Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
  6. Roll out the dough until you get a thin layer, and then cut it into circles.
  7. Bake the donuts at 200C (392F) for about 15-20 minutes.
