- Knead the butter with sugar and honey, add the egg and egg yolk, mix.
- Add the flour and baking soda, stir, add the cranberries and chocolate, knead the dough.
- Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for a couple of hours (to make the dough easier to work with).
- Roll the dough into a log and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Cut into portions and bake at 320F | 160C for about 25 minutes.
