Method

Take the cream cheese out of the fridgein advance, it should be at room temperature.

  1. Mix all the ingredients with a whisk, or at the lowest speed of the mixer.
  2. Combine the cream cheese and sugar, add eggs one at a time, and mix.
  3. Add the cream, and stir.
  4. Then add melted chocolate.
  5. And lastly, sifted flour with cocoa.
  6. Pour the dough into a mold, you can lay the sides of the mold with parchment.
  7. Bake the cheesecake for 30-40 minutes at 392F (200C); the cheesecake should tremble when shaken.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool completely, remove from the mold and put in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
