Method
- Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, and sift into a bowl. Combine the sugar, butter, and eggs in a bowl. Add the grated carrots, nuts, and vanilla essence or vanilla extract. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 40-45 minutes at 356°F (180°C).
- For the glaze, thoroughly whip the cheese with a whisk or mixer and powdered sugar, then add the butter, essence, and lemon juice.
- Divide the biscuit into two pieces, spread the cream, and decorate as desired.
