Method

  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the mashed strawberries, blueberries, and sugar. Bring to a boil, pour over the chocolate, add the swelled gelatin, beat with a blender.
  3. Stir the berry mass with the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Whip the cream to soft peaks and combine with the berry and cheese mass.
  • You can replace the blueberry with raspberry, blackcurrant, or other berries.
