- Combine flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt; sift.
- Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath.
- Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
- Combine the egg and chocolate blanks, mix gently, add dry ingredients and chocolate drops.
- Pipe the dough with a spoon or a pastry bag, leaving enough free space between the pieces. The cookies will spread during baking.
- Bake at 338F (170C) for 8-10 minutes.
Store in a closed container.
