In fact, everything is very simple. Even too simple)
To cook it, you will need… PEANUTS!
If you want a completely natural paste, then you don’t need to add anything else.
NOTE: sometimes you can add the coconut butter (literally at the tip of a teaspoon), for a more delicate consistency.
Paste making instructions
So, let’s start:
- Take the unpeeled and unroasted peanuts.
- Dry the nuts in a pan; stir constantly (the peanuts should be fried evenly). Let them cool, and peel (the husk comes off easily).
- Grind the peanuts with a blender. At first there will be just dry crumbs, but a little later the oil will exude, and the mass will become pasty.
- Don't add sugar! But you can experiment a little (for example, you can add some milk chocolate to get an amazing result).
Isn’t it simple?
P.S. If you want to use the peeled fried peanuts, then you should know that it tastes differently. So, the paste will also be different. Well, if you don't want to bother, then you better buy the ready-made paste (but don’t forget to read the composition description).
