To decorate the cake perfectly, follow the recipe.

Cooking instructions

Place the cream and the chocolate in the microwave, and heat it in impulses for 15 seconds until the chocolate starts flowing from the spoon in a stream (not drip, but drain).

Check the readiness of the ganache on a glass bottle standing in the fridge; if the ganache on the bottle has dripped and froze just like it should freeze on the cake, then it’s ready, and you should decorate the cake with it immediately.

The cake must be chilled well before you decorate it.
