Method

  1. Beat the eggs, sugar, add sour cream and vanilla.
  2. Separately mix flour, salt and baking powder.
  3. Combine both mixtures, add diced apples.
  4. Cover the baking mold (tin) with parchment, pour in the dough.
  5. Spread apple slices on top. Sprinkle with sugar and almond petals. * About five minutes before readiness, you can add pieces of butter to apples and there will be a beautiful gloss and caramel crust.
  6. Bake the pie in the oven preheated to 356F (180C) for 45 minutes.
  7. When serving, add a scoop of ice cream or pour over some pine syrup.
