Method
- Combine all the ingredients, and mash with a blender.
- Pour the mass into a 20-22cm (7.87-8.66 inch) mold, and bake at 464F (240C) for 30 minutes.
- Cool the cheesecake completely, and put it in thefridge for at least 4 hours (better overnight).
