- Cool the butter well beforehand. Thoroughly grind the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, then add chopped oatmeal and mix until lumps.
- Add the egg and mix, then add (previously boiled and dried) raisins and sifted flour.
- Knead the dough and divide into 8 equal pieces of approximately 30g (1.05 oz). Shape each piece into a ball and flatten.
- Bake at 356F (180C) for 15-20 minutes.
